You will be missed Phil and Castro has some big shoes to “Phil”.

On Sunday Phil and his wife were honored at Una Gran Despedida by a farewell brunch hosted by the San Antonio Museum of Art and Parks Foundation. Off to Disney Land… maybe not but a vacation to say the least. A four month vacation that is well deserved to mark the end or an era. Phil and Linda will take a 2,500-mile tour of rivers in the United States.

“It has been terrific,” Hardberger said.

Hardberger has handled this city with care and has set the pace for the incoming Mayor Castro. From creating better efficiency with the Council to earning the respect from the citizens of San Antonio.
